This place is the perfect spot to discover the area, with fantastic and exceptional staff, as well as a beachfront location close to a charming shopping center.

Nice and friendly staff in the reception. Good service with the shuttlebus to and from the golf course.

Animation was to pushy looking for activated the people. too loud music by the pool. If people wants to participate they will come by them self.

The room and hotel facilities were excellent. The food choices available for the breakfast and dinner buffet were very good. The grounds and pool areas were very well laid out and maintained.

I did not think the cabaret acts provided for the evening entertainment were very good generally.The staff customer service in the Tucan poolside bar could be improved.

The breakfast spread was fabulous, offering fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, pancakes, and eggs, and the room, complete with a balcony, was a decent size, making my overall experience truly delightful!

My friend and I had a lovely five days at this very good hotel. We were all-inclusive and the standard of food surpassed our expectations - as did the freeflowing cava!! The hotel itself is situated just 10 mins by taxi from the airport which of course means you are in the flight path but it didnt bother us, the short transfer time was what we wanted. The reception, restaurant and two bars are well kept and the pool area and grounds of the hotel are attractive and tidy. The pools are icy but it was early in the season. There is a good programme of day time activities if you wish to get off your sunbed! The staff were friendly and encouraging with my very basis Spanish! Our room was large and very clean with a lovely big bathroom, and a large balcony with a super pool and sea view. The hotel is situated behind a small sandy beach and right next to a good shopping complex with an array of shops including a spar if you decide to take the HB option. All in all, an excellent find.

The hotel's evening entertainment was somewhat lacking and the local town was 'asleep'!! However, it is early in the season so maybe the town would be more 'buzzy' at a busier time.

The restaurant here was fantastic, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and I tried delicious dishes.

Room 348 was very nice, and the food was very good.

The furniture in the Broadway bar and upstairs bar was not up to the standard of the hotel.

This venue offers clean rooms with a stunning sea view, friendly staff like Daniel and Joaquin, and spacious rooms.

The location was stunning and fantastic close to the beach. We ate at a good restaurant again with all the staff being very polite and helpful. Terrific service, though a few employees were very rude.

The pools and sunbeds were great and busy all the time. The breakfasts were also great

The reception was always busy and the staff were slow, rooms were not ready on arrival at 3pm. The furniture in the bars and rooms is in much need of updating, the bathrooms are very shabby with cracks to the basins

Lovely peaceful hotel with exceptional staff in all areas. the venue is located in a central area close to the market and a shopping center with bars and restaurants.

No complains at all, overall it’s peaceful place with pleasant staff in all areas. Would come here again, the property met the demands.
